EIZO Software Indemnity Agreement

Please read the following Software Indemnity Agreement before downloading any software. Eizo Nanao Corporation ("EIZO") grants to you a license to use this software under the following conditions only.

1. EIZO grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software program
   ("PROGRAM") on a single computer only for the update purpose of your
   PROGRAM.

2. Copyright of the PROGRAM is owned by EIZO and accordingly the grant
   of this License is subject to the prohibited uses referred to in paragraph 3
   below.

3. You may not use, copy, modify, transfer or sub-license the PROGRAM
   or any copy, modification, or merged portion, in whole or part except
   as expressly provided for herein. If you transfer possession of any copy,
   modification or merged portion of the PROGRAM to another party or otherwise
   infringe the terms of this License, this License shall be automatically
   terminated.

4. You may not copy the PROGRAM except that you may either (a) make one
   copy of the PROGRAM solely for back up or archival purpose or (b) transfer
   the PROGRAM to a single hard disk, provided you keep the original solely
   for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials
   accompanying the PROGRAM.

5. EIZO shall have no liability resulting from or in relation to this License whether
   arising from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.
